metalcutting bandsaw, huge, 40 inch throat, made by enco/taiwan. offered 'please make offer' *or* I'll trade it (in part, anyway) for items on
my wants list.
230 volt, three phase. motor 2 hp. additional spec's and complete dimensions are on
index page 2
other than selling this outright, swapping it, or 'partially swapping' it, I might also 'make another kind of deal' entirely (details in lower box)
if you're local. have no 'outright sell' price in mind,
but IT'LL BE LOW - shoot me an offer.
remember: if your offer's too high, I'll always tell you. thanks :-)
saw located alachua, FL. I live in gainesville. saw sold to me as working, and I have no reason to doubt it. I may be able to test the motor,
and various other functions of it (and demonstrate 'em to you) - stay tuned/inquire. I am its owner, and I''l provide, if you like, whatever type bill
of sale or receipt you want. will sell it to you however you want: guaranteed working in writing, or "as is/where is" or anywhere in between the two...
price and terms ALL 'can be readily arranged'
*all* inquiries welcome. if you'd rather speak real-time, you shouldn't have much trouble finding my area code and phone number...
saw has been sitting (indoors, unused) a while. I don't have 'unlimited access' to where it's stored. it needs four tires. it's dusty, could stand
some cleanup, or some chips swept out of it, at least. the blade on it now is broken (but a brand new one is included). the saw has a blade welder/annealer.
surface feet per minute (blade) is infinitely variable. table tilts four ways (forward, back, left, or rightward). the plug (at end of the saw's cord)
is 280 volt, five pin twist-lock, NEMA L21-30 config (plug shown in the movie). however this saw runs on 230 volt three phase. most guys would probably
"hard wire" this saw in place anyway - it's not like a small hand tool you'd want to 'move around from room to room' often.
because it's in a jamb-packed, crowded warehouse, access (for photos) was limited -
couldn't back up far enough to get many "overall shots", had to climb over and stand on TOP of other stuff to get most pix. I'm 'editing out' the background clutter
in the photos now...I've also posted a short
youtube movie about this saw.
update:
I've posted a second bandsaw site. site 2 has way better images of the overall
saw (less clutter) and clear closeups of "what's behind the doors" etc.
by the way,
here's another saw *exactly* like this one,
where you can read the full spec's, and see what it looks like "when it's not all jambed in behind other stuff" like mine is.
all inquiries welcome. thanks
please see important info in the
blurb box (below thumbnails) before proceeding - thanks
